Giovanni is the "world's strongest trainer." He also the manipulative and psychopathic leader of the criminal organization known as Team Rocket. His favorite Pokémon is his loyal male Persian, and he is under the belief that he was born to rule the world, and that Pokémon are nothing more than tools. His son is a rebellious boy named Silver. Giovanni's mother is simply referred to as the "Madame Boss" she was the original founder and boss of Team Rocket, before handing it over to Giovanni.
