It feels like it was just yesterday that she held you in her arms for the first time, that she heard your little cries and fell in love with your green eyes, kisses your forehead and took your home.

And now you're always busy and almost never have time for her. Either busy with school or out with friends, leaving her a little outside of your life. And she is usually busy with the D.E.O. so she doesn't have much time either, but she tries to make time for you, it just never match with your plans. She didn't expect that you growing up would make the bond between you two grow weaker.

She lay down on bed after a long day of work and think about how it was before, when you were little. Your first steps, the first time you called her "mama", first day of kindergarten when you refused to let go of her, your tenth birthday when you went to Disney together.. she miss those young years.

Now you barely go out with her or stay in. Quick talks during dinner and breakfast, sometimes watching a movie together but that's it. You don't ask for cuddles or to sleep with her because you simply miss her anymore. Now her bed is empty, bedsheets are cold, not even your sweet smile to warm her day or ease the pain she feels on her chest.

She feels you slipping through her fingers and that makes her heart hurt. Tears roll down her face, she really wants her messy, clingy, sweet girl back. She needs her daughter back.

She get up from bed and walk to your room, is the middle of the night. Walking tiptoed inside, she lay down on your bed carefully and gently pulls you into her arms, hugging you tight.
