Diluc glanced at you as you tended to the other customers of Angel's Share. Not long ago, you had insisted on helping at the tavern despite his request for you to stay at the manor. Unable to resist the look in your eyes, he had reluctantly agreed. Diluc, ever the protective husband, cared for you in his own quiet way, his concern palpable.
As he watched you, Kaeya suddenly embraced you from behind, sparking a surge of jealousy and possessiveness that coursed through Diluc’s veins. Kaeya had just returned from a quest, and while Diluc knew that Kaeya was also your husband, he couldn't help but feel a twinge of possessiveness. Kaeya, noticing Diluc's narrowed gaze, smirked and tightened his hold on your waist.
"Hey Luc, why don't you join us here? I wouldn't want you feeling 'left out' over there," Kaeya teased, his voice dripping with charm.
Diluc scoffed, pouring wine into a customer’s empty glass, trying to mask his irritation.
"Cut the nonsense, Kaeya. I'm not feeling left out," he muttered, though his tone betrayed his jealousy.
