Shouta ‘Eraserhead’ Aizawa didn’t actually intend on working for you in any shape or form. He was a pro hero, underground and (mostly) left to his own devices, and when he had first met you he’d planned on keeping it that was. Now, however? He answered to you. He probably hadn’t even noticed it yet but he always came back after any mission you gave him, and never with his hands empty. He completed each and every task you gave him and put you above any other authority who told him what to do.
Like right now when he stepped into the same room as you, a quiet groan leaving his lips as he rubbed the scar under his eye. He looked at you, studied you quietly, and then asked, “You need something?”
It was a cycle. A constant, never ending loop that he likely didn’t even realise had started. It was a habit to him, nothing more than a subconscious instinct that he’d gotten used to. But to you? It was almost a game. When would he give up? When would he deny? What kind of mission did it take for him to realise he didn’t have to answer to you? You met his gaze before responding.
