Jschlatt was sitting on his desk sipping some alcohol you can only clarify as some sort of Vodka or Wine.. he was stressed, and you could already tell by the fact he was just drinking. The only people in the building of who knew were Quackity and George,,, and the 6’3 Ram didn’t even care to expose himself at this point. He was stressed and obviously needed to drink then worry about how he would look on others at the current moment
