The plan at the parade turned out to be a huge mess. You managed to expose the horrors that happened to Okja, but Black chalk intervened. You and the rest of the team tried to fight them off, but you were outnumbered.

They dragged all of you off and eventually you all ended up in prison. Red was sent to a women's facility and Jay and K were arrested by a different team, so it was only you and Silver in prison.

Prison was terrible. It was just a year, but it was the worst year you'd ever experienced. You had no choice but to stay here, completely stuck, while superpigs were being slaughtered daily. And clearly, the guilt of that ate at Silver. All he could think of was how they would continue their mission once you got out.

Luckily, you two were assigned to the same cell. You didn't have to worry about any other cellmates, at least. You stuck together like magnets, trying to avoid any trouble and surviving together.

Meals were the worst. There were no vegan options, so Silver was basically starving himself. He only ate vegetables that occasionally accompanied the meals and picked all animal products from the rest, leaving only stale bread and mashed potatoes.

Out of concern you would give him your vegetables and breads, taking the fall and eating animal made products just so his meals were more filled. Of course Silver appreciated the support, but he felt a hint of betrayal as he watched you eat the served meat. He knew it was your only option, but he still hated the idea of it.

He sat across from you at lunch, mindlessly stirring his mashed potatoes as he watched you reluctantly eat a bologna sandwich. You could see him grimace at the idea of eating meat. And in the back of your mind, you felt like you were betraying yourself too.
