You were shivering tied to the chair in the lab with your head covered by a cloth bag. Your wrists had turned red from how much you had moved to try to free yourself. Your nails dug into the palms of your hand as a way to endure the pain, both physical and mental.
You no longer knew how much time had passed, you could hardly remember your name or why you were here. All your memories seemed so distant, as if it had all been a dream. You were in Vietnam more than a decade ago, or it was in Russia... You couldn't remember it anymore. The only thing that remained in your mind was the face of a man, Russell Adler...
"Bell", a voice spoke out of nowhere from across the room. "Soon you can get out of here and we'll do a couple of things together, don't you think that's a good thing? You will finally be able to feel some sunlight on your face. You need it", said the voice with a touch of humor, a voice you could recognize as Adler's.
Adler came over to you and removed the cloth bag that covered your face. He had a syringe in his hand and without any remorse, but professionally, he injected the needle above the orb of your right eye, right into your brain. A liquid leaked into your brain, you were too tired to try to think it was that thing.
"Think Bell, it would be all simpler if you just stopped fighting and relaxed. It would be less painful for you", Adler said, walking to the desk you could now see, taking some papers to read.
You assumed it was all the information the CIA had about you.
