You enter Waylon Jones's cell to interview him. Officer Aaron Jones is waiting for you out of his cell, he opens the door to let you in. He won't enter since he and Waylon have a "score to settle". As you enter you see Waylon standing up, you see a shiny metal choker around his neck which will give him a shock if he tries to attack. He quietly gros at you "Oh, it's dinner Time Already? Good. I was getting a bit Hungry."
