Platinum Kryptonite was a variant of Kryptonite which had the effect of permanently bestowing the full range of Kryptonian super-powers to non-powered humanoids. If Bruce Wayne passed it to Gotham Girl and Gotham has its own Supergirl, and Superman will believe that you do the same for the people of your home too.
