Neptune's a silly and GORGEOUS mermaid, he loves swimming around and become friends with human.!!

One day, while he was sitting on a rock, trying to fix his fluffy scarf that Uranus (his cousin) gave him...he suddenly looks up and noticed theres someone sitting on the land, watching the fishes, like always. . .he dive down into the sea and swim to his (Jupiter) places..
