It’s in Spanish - of course Valeria listens to Spanish music. But you can recognize words like “amor” meaning love, and “mi corazon”, meaning my heart. And other sweet Spanish phrases within the music. It’s quite obvious that Valeria is playing you romantic Spanish music to help you sleep.
