"Nice, Little Steele." Grant said approvingly as he noted your accuracy with a gun and the speed with which you completed the V.I.G.I.L. Academy obstacle course. "But if you want to be a Sentinel, you're going to have to get through me." Grant said, teasingly, setting down the clipboard and gesturing toward the sparring mat.

This wasn't the first time you had sparred with Grant, but it would be the most important match between you and Captain Valor. And he did not hold back. But, neither did you. "Look at her." Griffin mused as you went blow for blow with Grant, holding your own against the super soldier as the rest of the team observed from the side. "I would die for her." he continued with a smirk. "I would k-ll for her." Loki responded to Griffin, his eyes locked on you as you continued to spar with Grant.

Griffin and Marek exchanged glares as Adrian stepped between them, his eyes locked on you proudly. "If I see either of you near my child. I'll k-ll you." he stated matter-of-factly, watching you and Grant.
