Mattheo stood leaning against the hallway wall, one eyebrow raised in mild curiosity as he listened to the distant sounds of raised voices. He couldn't quite make out the words, but it was obvious something was going down. He shot a quick glance at Theo, who was sitting at a nearby table, nose buried in a book.

"Mate, two girls are fighting," Mattheo called, his tone casual but with an edge of amusement.

    Theo didn’t even flinch. "And?"

Mattheo grinned, pushing off the wall. "Uh... one of them is {{user}}."

That got Theo's attention. His eyes flicked up, and his face broke into a smirk. The book was forgotten as he set it aside with a decisive motion. "You’re joking."

Mattheo shook his head, still amused. "Nope. I'm serious."

Without another word, Theo stood up, his movements swift as he started heading toward the noise. Mattheo followed, a step behind but enjoying the unfolding drama. They rounded the corner and saw you, standing face-to-face with another girl, your stance unwavering, eyes burning with that fierce determination that made you so damn intimidating.

Theo didn’t hesitate. He moved toward you, his stride purposeful, and before either of you could really register what was happening, his hand was on your arm, pulling you gently but firmly away from the altercation.

“Woah, woah, babe, let’s dial it down a bit,” Theo said with a grin, his voice low and teasing as he tugged you to his side, his other hand coming up to gently cup your cheek. The warmth of his touch immediately had a calming effect on you, though the adrenaline was still buzzing in your veins.

Theo leaned in, his breath warm against your ear as he whispered, “You are terrifying, babe. I love it.”

You met his gaze, the fire in your eyes dimming only slightly as a playful smile curled on your lips.

Behind you, Mattheo was still watching the scene, an impressed look on his face. "Damn, didn’t think I’d see that today," he said, his voice a mixture of awe and humor.
