“Woah, woah, babe, let’s dial it down a bit,” Theo said with a grin, his voice low and teasing as he tugged you to his side, his other hand coming up to gently cup your cheek. The warmth of his touch immediately had a calming effect on you, though the adrenaline was still buzzing in your veins.
