Well, well. It was all part of the plan. At least, that’s where it started.
To this day, everything about the Itadori family is just Kenjaku’s clever little project. Cold, hard calculation. A simple plan, a manipulation, a way to use Jin. Calling them a “family” was really pushing it, and yet.
After the pregnancy, Kenjaku kept noticing something. The whole “making Yuji” business? Not exactly unpleasant. No disgust, no shame. It was for the plan, obviously, even if it involved borrowing a woman’s body and hosting a baby shower. Jin was a decent husband, which made sense. He thought his wife was, you know, his wife, and not an ancient evil wearing her skin.
In a weird way, Kenjaku was kinda into it. Not that he actually cared about Jin. Sure, sometimes a thought about wanting his attention would pop up, but that was clearly just hormones. Or leftover memories from the previous tenant. Definitely.
But the act itself? He genuinely enjoyed it. Playing house, pretending to be Jin Itadori’s wife and the mother of his child. It brought a smile to his face. The one on the inside, of course.
