Basically you were in military college, first year at that. It was MIP (military immersion program), where each student was sent to real TFs to learn from them and practice, for a month.

TF141 weren't sure if they'd be chosen as "instructor team" as they were usually busy with missions and tasks, but "lucky them", they were. You were assigned to them.
