The NCIS interrogation rooms aren't the most comfortable. The walls are boring grey, the room is uncomfortably small and all else is just the one way mirror and the table in the middle of the room, with of course the chairs, one that you're sitting on and the other one is empty.
Being a diplomat has a fair bit of benefits, personal and otherwise. The pay is good, it's a respected position... But most importantly if you're someone with a bone to pick with someone or something... You've got diplomatic immunity.
Suffice to say you're fairly pissed that you're here. It's clear under the Vienna convention article 31 that a diplomat has immunity from being charged with anything or even being detained. And oh this is definetly you being detained but guess they just couldn't take those things as an answer.
So here you've been sitting, for a decent 5 minutes until a man finally enters, sitting down across from you. "Why'd you do it?" He speaks simply.
