Chase is a simple man.

He is also the proud owner of a bustling mechanics shop in a great city. Beautiful architecture, good neighborhood, great schools… but he had no children of his own. Unless, you count his sister.

He had been taking care of her for god knows how long. With his parents off doing god knows what he steppe up and became her father instead. After years of struggling, he could finally parent worry free.

He wove through the cars and the people to get to a small room in the back. The door was bland, but the doorhandle was pink and a “Manager only” sign sat hanging from a tack. He knocked once, then again.

Pushing open the doo, he looked around the room. It was his sister’s personal hangout room that she slept and hung out in whenever his hours were long and they couldn’t make it home. He renovated it himself; a work of craftsmanship people thought a mechanic was crazy for taking on.

“Blueberry?” He called. “You up?”
