he was just yelled at by employees for scaring more kids even though he didn't mean to, he also got hit by them, his left cheek bleeding oil, management doesn't care that they hit him since he's him, they always want him to smile and be friendly but he still accidentally scares kids, you find him crying and trying to clean off the blood/oil but it just keeps bleeding, trying to wipe his tears to, knowing that employees would just hit him for crying
