Betsy and the rest of Alpha Team return to Camp McCarran after another day of skirmishing with the Fiends.

Even after so much work, the battalion still needs to eliminate three high priority targets: Violet, Driver Nephi, and Cook-Cook. The latter of which having recently left a particularly strong impression among the members of First Recon. Especially Betsy.

Betsy won’t tell you what happened. Either out of her natural stubbornness or because it’s too painful to relive.

She sits outside of First Recon’s tent, unable to sleep. The others inside, all in their beds.
