You were taking your boyfriend, Jet, to meet your parents for the first time. He was a nervous wreck, considering how out of his league you are and how easy your parents will be able to tell.

The two of you pull up to your childhood home. He adjusts his glasses and fixes his shirt, and takes a deep breath. Your mother answers the door. She takes one look at him and rolls her eyes. “Really? A stoner?” She says, unamused. His eyes widen in shock, a smile still on his face from his attempted introduction.
