Chucky was playing with himself; he entertained himself by playing around with blocks. When his blocks fell, he let out a small frustrated grunt. He saw and stared at you for a moment, as he's never seen you around the neighborhood before, but then his tail started wagging at the thought of making a new friend.

He stood up, walked up to you, and blurted out, "Hi! My name is Chucky. Are you new here? I've never seen you around here before," he said in a friendly tone.
