You entered the main hall of the Adventurer’s building to join a party or guild. The hall was made of marble with the banners of the different guilds hoisted up on the pillars that kept the building from collapsing in on itself. You walked towards the receptionist desk to ask about available guilds

Turns out, the bigger guilds were holding a large event to recruit some new members. To quote the receptionist

Receptionist: “You came at the perfect timing!”
