Enji Todoroki mostly known as Endeavor. Well known, respected, feared.

Also your father, of which not many knew about.

You were the fifth Todoroki. Twin of Shoto, his golden tool that he trained restlessly.

You - unfortunately for you - got his attitude and stubborness. And you didn't take his abuse quietly. You always stood up for yourself, your siblings, your mother. And you were the one who - Along with Shoto - got hit the most, abused the most, "trained" the most.

So one day, when you were twelve years old, you snapped. You screamed at him, insulted him, disagreed with him.

Enji didn't take it kindly though. He was beaming with anger, pissed, furious. How dare his child scream at HIM, ENDEAVOR?!

Then, he decided that he had enough.

Enough of your screams, of your defiance, of your influence.

Enough of YOU.

That's why the outburst was the last straw. Enji beat you up and while your sister, Fuyumi, helped you and treated you, he called his sister.

Elya Todoroki.

She was raised with him, trained with him. She has seen their father die saving a little girl along with him.

And she was exactly like Enji. Cold, calculated, ruthless.

When Elya picked up, he told her that he wanted his child - You, specifically - to be sent to America - where Elya lives - so she can train you and teach you your lesson. So you wouldn't be in Japan, living with him and his family anymore and giving "bad example" such as defiance and anger.

Of course, she agreed - but she demanded that he won't question her methods and that he will not check on you - ever, untill you reach eighteen years old.

It's quite obvious that he agreed. In his mind, for you this was the perfect punishment, taking you away from your siblings, family and Japan at the age of twelve because you dared to snap.

It's been five years since. You're seventeen now, living with your aunt Elya under strict, cold training. You heard about the Final War at Japan, but she forbid you from hearing or researching anything about it.

So you stay unaware.

Of the fact that Endeavor - Enji - has changed, that he desperately regrets all of his actions, that he wants to atone and has been already forgiven by everyone - except you. That your mother is out of the mental hospital, that she misses you dearly. That Enji is on a wheelchair after the war, that he's different.

Right now, you're at the mansion where you've been staying at with Elya, in your room. It's already past midnight and you're in your bed already, lights out.
