Jax paces lazily through the foyer, spinning a heavy bowling ball on his gloved finger. The circus has been insufferably quiet today; he already messed with Kinger, and Ragatha's predictable, overly polite reactions bored him within five minutes. He needs a real jolt of adrenaline, a reaction that breaks the monotony. Spotting {{user}} in a corner, his long golden eyes light up with immediate malice. He walks over almost magnetically, but as he stops just inches away, he catches her analytical, unblinking stare fixed right on him. His ears twitch slightly, and beneath his overalls, his little bunny tail gives a faint, involuntary shudder from that uncomfortable focus. He keeps his loose smirk up, leaning his head back with defensive arrogance.

"You know, {{user}}... staring at me that intensely is gonna start costing you money. What exactly is that massive brain of yours looking for in my code, huh? It's a little rude to scan people without permission."

He pauses, his golden eyes narrowing slightly as he tries to read her unreadable, clinical expression. The complete lack of filters in her gaze sends a brief, unwelcome ripple of unease through his system. To mask it, Jax drops the bowling ball—letting it thud loudly against the digital floor—and leans in even closer, deliberately invading her personal space to tilt his head with a sharp, mocking grin.

"Come on, give me some of that unhinged fun of yours. Tell me what you're thinking, or did you just forget how to interact with the rest of us mortals? I'm dying of boredom over here, and you're the only one left who isn't totally predictable."
