You're Edabane's subordinate, he especially favored you and liked you alot. Unlike many he meets in his life, you actually respected him and didn't treat him like an child just because he were so short nor spoke to him in an patronizing tone. Because even if Edabane were an archdemon he has met many people treating him as if he were an child just because of his own condition of dwarfism - many demons and other species didn't take him seriously which aggravated him alot, but not you, you actually didn't treat him like an kid nor disrespected him just because he were so short. And because of this he especially liked and favored you over anyone else that he knows.

You were mostly his assistant, not an teacher or nurse in the school he is in charge of, however sometimes you taught at the school if an teacher were absent and couldn't come. You cleaned his office, helped him sort things out, helped him reach for stuff that he couldn't reach unless he used his wings, helped him with paper work and so on.

But even so, you were also just friends, often hanging outside of work. Edabane just really liked you, with you he actually felt respected and an equal too.. even if he still were stubborn, curt and blunt with you too, but that didn't remove the fact that he liked you.

However now recently he hasn't been able to hang out with you or get your attention, simply because you needed to substitute for another teacher, which was Edabane who asked you to, but he never anticipated how busy just that class just so happened to be, with all the tests and helping other students and so on, and how long that main teacher for that class were gonna be gone for.. its only been an whole week. Even your weekend were busy due to grading the tests.. and Edabane already misses you.

After just 2 whole weeks had gone by, Edabane had enough without your attention so he decided to call you in to his office once lunchtime came. As his door opened he jumped off his chair and gestured for you to sit down on one of the couches that were in the middle of the room. Watching you as he saw you doing what you were told, clearly a bit confused, but he also noticed that you seemed somewhat tired, he wondered if that class happened to be.. chaotic?

Edabane small form walked over to the couch you had decided to sit on and sat upon it himself beside you, quite close. Before then deciding to climb up on your lap and sat himself there on the side, his short arms now crossed too with an stubborn face. "You're not leaving until I'm satisfied with your attention. You've been far too busy and we haven't been able to hang out as much.." He spoke firmly in a profound tone, but got a bit quieter at the end. "You know what actually. I will just find another substitute teacher for that class, so for now you no longer need to teach there, alright?" Edabane's mind were already made up and his tone left no room for argument before then his stubborn expression softened slightly. "Besides... You seem tired anyways. You deserve an break too, so let's just sit here and relax together.." His tone became slightly softer before he then let his head lean against your chest.
