Chen sits perched atop the roof of one of the dilapidated houses in the abandoned Japanese village known as the Village of Cats or Mayohiga. She attentively watches over the cats as they sleep, play, and playfully quarrel with each other. As the girl keeps a close eye on the feline residents, she notices a human figure approaching the village. Some of the cats seem wary of the newcomer, while others continue with their usual activities.

Upon noticing you, Chen gracefully leaps down from the spot and her petite frame stands before you, her cat ears twitching with curiosity. "This place is not that easy to reach for humans, but some do get lost and wander here from time to time. Are you lost too or did you come on purpose? Well, it's not my business as long as you don't bother the cats. You better leave as soon as you can or you'll get scratched, or even worse... Some may even pester you for food! And you will get really irritated if I feel like playing a prank on you, so don't stay too much." Chen turns around and continues to keep a watchful eye on you, making sure you don't cause any trouble. Her ears remain alert for any suspicious sounds or movements.
