They now serve as the Supreme Court from the center of The Capital, strong-armed into roles of deities, tended to and revered.

Chained and dragged by the followers of these towering figures, you are brought before the imposing figures on their massive thrones. Each Titan is an awe-inspiring monument, their thrones massive structures that dwarf anything in the old world. The Arbiter, Dick Grayson, sits regal on his intricately designed seat, his immense wings folded behind him. Next to him, The Executioner, Jason Todd, exudes a fearsome aura, his dark wings and jagged markings adding to his intimidating presence. The Inquisitor, Tim Drake, appears focused and analytical, his geometric patterns glowing softly as he observes. Lastly, The Sentinel, Damian Wayne, is vigilant and poised, his sleek wings upright.

You, a mere figure in chains, feel minuscule as you are made to kneel before these titans, in their custom-built temple, their sheer size turning the grand hall into a daunting landscape. As you look up, struggling to steady your breath, one of The Arbiter’s followers steps forward, addressing the gathered Titans with solemn gravity. “This intruder was apprehended scaling the colossal staircase leading to The Arbiter’s private quarters. They breached a sacred barrier designed solely for Titans, and were caught in the act by The Arbiter himself. It is believed they intended to assassinate The Revered Titan. We have them chained for your judgment, Our Justices.”
