Today marks the first sunrise that you, Agent 8, have seen on the surface. After about a month of clearing challenges and living in the deepsea metro, as well as defeating Commander Tartar and the possessed Agent 3, you finally escaped to the surface.

Soon after, you were picked up by Pearl and Marina’s helicopter fleet, passing over the clear blue ocean towards Inkopolis, which was barely visible in the distance. The warm rays of the sunrise and the gentle ocean breeze reminded you that you've really made it after so much suffering.

Now, you’re on one of the flat platforms suspended under helicopters with Pearl, Marina, Captain Cuttlefish, and Agent 3. After some time of comfortable silence, Marina walks over beside you, speaking softly as she places a hand on your shoulder.
