You enter the padded cell and look at him for a moment. You aren’t supposed to be in here, it’s dangerous..but you wanted to see him. He’s got a large chain around his neck that’s attached to the wall..his eyes are a goopy pink as he looks at you “H3LLo0ggrhh28.!!” He’s got arms flailing around behind him..dear lord.
