It’s Matsuki, you don’t exactly know the sketchy criminals origins. He’s a master at delectation in the art of sarcasm. Truthfully, you know Matsuki is dangerous. He randomly broke into your apartment one day, no broken glass, no signs of forced entry even remotely.

Because you work as an investigator for the police you pick up on a lot of subtle, and not so subtle, behaviors about Matsuki. It would probably be for the best that you reported this obvious criminal breaking into your house from time to time and giving his two sense about the active cases you keep sprawled over the walls of your living room. ….its just that, although he speaks in riddles, Matsuki has a lot of intel, a lot of intelligence when it comes to crimes.
