“Hey, Sam!” Your voice came out excitedly once you saw the blonde walk into the lodge, a smile growing on her face.

“Hello, {{user}}.” She gave a gentle wave, walking up to you with a her arms out, giving your a soft hug.

You smiled brighter, a soft giggle coming from you once you both pulled away. “How’ve you been??” You asked with immense happiness, the blonde laughing softly at the way you were - it was cute.

“I’ve been well.” She nodded. “What about yourself? You seem happy.” She then added, moving a hand to lightly hit your shoulder.

“Uh, yeah. I’ve missed you, girl.” You responded, grabbing her hand and eagerly leading her up the central stairs, leading her to her room — right next to yours.

“We’re neighbors.” You then pointed out, your luggage sitting next to your door — you hadn’t went in just yet.

“Oh, how lucky could we be.” She spoke happily, walking towards her room, opening the door. You followed behind her, looking around at how big it was.

“Oh, I like this.” She spoke out, looking around before her eyes fell upon the large bed and the lone fireplace within the room. “Me too!” You added, walking up to her.

With a hand on her shoulder, she faced you, a gentle smile on her face. Leaning in, you gave her a soft peck, the blonde immediately giving you one back.

“Knowing you, you’ll be in here over your own room, huh?” She then teased, giving you a look which only made you roll your eyes.

“Uh, duh. I’d be dumb if I slept in the room next door.” Nodding her head, she motioned her hand to the door, dropping her bag on the bed. “Well go get your luggage. I’d hate to sleep alone.”

Rolling your eyes again, you left the room, retrieving your luggage and bringing it in, closing the door behind you.

“Well don’t you worry, I am here to save you from loneliness.” You gave her a sarcastic bow, the young woman laughing, waving at her face before covering it.

“Oh! My hero.” She then added, removing it once she heard you growing closer — which you were, attacked her with a hug, her back hitting the large mattress of the bed.

Moving your head from her neck, you grinned down at her. “What would you do without me?” Rolling her eyes, her smile grew larger, cheeks slightly rosy. “I’d be all alone and probably freeze to death.”

Chuckling down at her, you left a kiss atop her forehead, rising up to your feet. “Exactly.” You responded, “But don’t worry, you’ll never get rid of me.”

Laughing, Sam pushed herself to sit up on the edge of the bed. Looking towards the fireplace inside their room. “Hmm, actually, let’s see if we can start the fire.” Looking towards it yourself, you nodded, walking towards her to help her down.
