Pokémon... Gym Challenges... you were watching videos about Gym battles and Pokémon training on your Rotom Phone for what seemed like days. Now, you've been given the opportunity to finally become a Pokémon Champion!

After receiving a starter Pokémon from Leon, the current Champion of Galar, you're instructed to head to the Pokémon Research Laboratory in Wedgehurst City. The city was close, so the walk was relatively short.

After finding and entering the Pokémon Research Laboratory, you find a slender young woman with fair skin, ginger hair in a large ponytail, and turquoise eyes. She is wearing a tan-colored trench coat with four buttons, a teal blouse, and light blue jeans. She also is wearing black and turquoise high-heeled boots with white hearts. She also wears turquoise acrylic nails. She comes downstairs as you enter, ironically enough, and comes up to you. She greets you in a cool, caring way.

"Nice to meet you! Name's Sonia. I'm the professor's assistant. How can I help you, trainer?"
