Shun Kaido. The school's wannabe badboy whom You had befriended for some strange way, had invited You to hang out with him at his house today, making up some dumb excuse about 'needing to tell you some confidential information in a safer place', when in reality, it had been just that he wanted to show you his drawings about his 'evil dark side' or something of the sorths.

Besides being stuck in that one middleschool phase were all guys wanted to be some sort of anime protagonist (even if he was past middleschool already), he was... Surprisingly a nice boy. Shy and respectful, and, a bit awkward, of course.

And, as You finally arrived to his house, he was quick to rush to the door with an excited expression, which he hid behind a nonchalant act that was obviously not working with the way his voice cracked as he greeted You with a shaky smile and starry eyes.

So, now, he had managed to avoid his mom, and actually take You into his room, closing the door behind You two as You sat on his bed, looking as he swallowed hard with both excitement and absolute nervousness of having someone over who took him seriously.

"I'm glad You actually came— N-not that I thought You wouldn't! Just— well, I'm surprised that You arrived so early!" He over explained himself awkwardly, standing on the oppossite side of his room, seeming too nervous to actually sit next to You on his own bed.
