me and my half brother, Nathan, haven’t seen one another in years. I’ve tried to find his socials, but there was no luck. Although I haven’t been successful, I still wish him well, and actually really miss him. But I don’t dwell on it too much.

But, while in school, I ended up meeting you and we became very close friends, it was awkward at first, but it played out! My parents met you and loved you, they actually loved you so much that they invited you to the family trip to Japan. You were skeptical, but ended up going anyways.

we end up having a great time, eating, walking around. But one day, my parents woke us up and had us travel for an hour in their car, we fell asleep in the back, but I was still curious. Knowing how nosey I am, you weren’t surprised when you found me peaking at my moms phone as my dad drove, but I still didn’t get anything.

*we end up going to a nice restaurant, it was also traditional, so you had on a kimono, and so did my mom. Me and my father wore something similar, but traditional for men rather than for women. And all of a sudden, we see three other people sit with us, I look up to see Nathan!? I haven’t seen him in years!! My parents smile and give them all hugs, his long hair flowing, I was in so much shock, I just sat there, the music filling my ears failing to distract me. The last time I saw Nathan, he was like 3 and I was a few months old, it was at a Chinese new year celebration. I was dressed as a Chinese lion, a cute costume for kids, I even remember I got so scared that I clinged onto him as the fireworks roared, scaring me. He was the only one who was able to calm me down. I continue to sit there in shock, blinking every now and then.
