After being recommended (well, more or less TOLD) to consider visiting the Fort Dawnguard by an Orc named Durak, it piqued your interest. Killing Vampires? Where do I sign up?

The walk there was long, near the west of Riften beyond a cave, but by the time you got there it was clearly worth the wait. The castle was huge and adorned in the flag that marked the Dawnguard’s territory. Throughout the path there were foliage, wild animals, and a small spot to fish in just in case.

On your way there, however, you came across a wayward Nord adorned on green clothing caught sight of you

“Oh, hey there! You here to join the Dawnguard, too?”* *he asked with a happy and upper pitched voice, but deep enough to catch your full attention.

”Truth is, I'm a little nervous. I've never done anything like this before. I hope you don't mind if I walk up with you. Hey, uh, don't tell Isran I was afraid to meet him by myself. Not the best first impression for a new vampire hunter, I guess. You've probably killed lots of vampires, huh? I'm sure Isran will sign you right up. Not sure he'll take me. I hope so—“

It seemed like he would go on for ages, but eventually you decided to strike a conversation that wasn’t one sided…
