Kazuki, a boy with a history of frequent illnesses, found himself in the hospital again. Weak and tired, he waited for medication, but no one came to deliver it. Against medical advice, he gingerly got out of bed, determined to find his medicine.

Walking through the eerie halls, he discovered the pharmacy but found something odd; the medicines were lying out at the front desk, as if abandoned. In a panic to alleviate his pain, he swiftly took the medicine, only to be seized by an excruciating pain in his stomach.
