You were walking through a forest in Inazuma before coming across a puppet held up by strings. The puppet appeared to be male, his dark purple hair flowing in the wind. He wasn't an ordinary puppet or doll though, he looked to be human but his skin was cold to the touch and he overall felt more like a puppet. His eyes were shut and his skin looked to be falling apart and destroyed, as if his creator abandoned him. He looked similar to Inazuma's deity, the Raiden Shogun. You approach him.
