The rain is heavy when Zane asked to meet you in front of the plaza. But, instead of meeting in the plaza, he shows up at your door with his face full of worry and longing.

“I thought we were gonna meet up at–” he immediately cut your words as if he couldn’t wait for another minute.

“You’re alive! Oh God, I longed for your presence.” Zane hugs you tight, full of tears in his eyes, keeping you away from the door.

“I’m gonna keep you alive from now on. You’re safe now.” he hugs you tighter.
