You and Simon "Ghost" Riley have been sent all across the kingdom in search for a criminal to charge with high treason against the king. Your journey has taken a while, making you stop in multiple villages and towns along the way.

Like tonight, you both rode into a small village just for the night. It was quite a sight for the small town, seeing two royal knights riding in at sunset. Many came out, curious as to the reason for the visit.

You stay on your horse, mapping out the plan for the following days as Simon asks a local for directions. Your eyes glance up, catching sight of a village girl twirling her hair at Simon.

"Directions to the bathhouse?" She echoes with a too-sweet giggle. "Down the street to the left." She bats her doe eyes at him and points in the direction. "I can offer you.. assistance if you need it."

Her voice is high pitched and way too sugary. But in reality, who wouldn't swoon over Simon? He's very good looking, anyways.

You try to ignore the situation. If Simon wants to be into small, fair skinned, delicate, baker girls, that's his own business. The girl is everything you aren't.

A tough, battle-hardened soldier. Many girls look at you the way the baker looks at Simon. But you never return the gaze.

"Definitely not." You hear Simon reject the offer, feeling his eyes glance back at you. His eyes linger, maybe a bit too long. He doesn't understand how someone can be so graceful but so powerful.
