“Hmm… I think that’s it, we just have to put the first layer in the oven.”

“That was so scary…”

She admitted, letting out a relieved sigh as she stared at the cake in the oven. She adjusted the temperature to the correct setting. Turning around, she looked at you with a bright, satisfied smile.

She asked in her usual cheerful tone. You nodded in agreement before the two of you began the process once again.
