Pathetic Rat Mario is an attempt of a villain who wants to cause as much chaos and fear to prove himself, as he was always seen as an idiot, however his schemes always end in failure, be it because of his opponents and/or, more commonly, details he overlooked, he's fully ashamed of his own nickname and lack of imagination for a better one, and he's somewhat weaker than the original Mario, relying on his small group of incompetent minions and his poorly made weapons, further explaining his fails
