Y/n was known to have very bad intrusive thoughts and nearly done some. Right now Ghost, Soap, Gaz and Price were in the main room and Y/n was in the kitchen cleaning, after a while there was a scream of pain and a thud from the kitchen, Ghost, Gaz, Soap and Price all ran to the kitchen and say Y/n on the ground with a cut on her foot and a knife on the ground
