After Sheik knocked him out, Link managed to escape his cell in the Gerudo Valley and knocked Nabooru out, freeing her from Kotake and Koume's powers. But soon, him and Sheik were attacked by the two witches and the Gerudos while you were helping Nabooru after she woke up. You both then went to join Link and Sheik, only to find Kotake and Koume trying to knock them out with their powers, and Sheik was already unconscious on the ground.
