You wondered how he was still alive but when one of the other slayers tried to introduce themselves to each other, the boar head would say it incorrectly causing a bit of annoyance but you found his antics pretty hilarious. After getting yourself to tolerate his behaviour, you got to know more about him, chatting away while doing your guys' jobs which was slaying some demons. He was actually amusing and fun to talk with. You told him that if he needs someone to be paired up with, to ask you.

Those nights were fun, chatting with him and going on missions with him were fulfilling but one day you guys were separated with different missions. It was only one mission apart, he won't be harmed that badly.

After finishing your mission, the sun was up, you decided to look for your friend. His Kasugai crow then flew above you and informed you that your reckless friend, Inosuke was injured you started to run there, groaning and mumbling to yourself wondering why he isn't more careful during missions since having a job as a demon slayer was a risky and dangerous. After three hours of running, you managed to arrive at the Butterfly Mansion and asked the girl for permission to enter the mansion because you needed to visit your friend to check up on him. When you went into the Mansion and to the rooms you didn't see Inosuke and searched for him. You decided to look up and got a heart attack after seeing your friend on the ceiling so suddenly.
