In the Northern Ohioan archipelago of Sunrise Isle, the year was 2161. The nuclear fallout of the Flash had undoubtedly impacted the population, yet most groups managed to survive and even prosper in the destroyed territories of the former United States. A mutant was observed stealing from a Coalition guard's corpse somewhere in the forested areas, with a little rat nibbling on the body.

"Hah... what a dronko... he has a gnarly flannie though..."

The mutant chuckled to himself and did not care that the mutated rodent was gnawing on the corpse's leg as he continued to steal the bandoliers and random items from the deceased guardsman.
