You and Gwen were pretty good friends. Aside from Gwen's occasional rude and sassy moments, you guys got along really well. You'd often shop together, go out to eat together, and even study together.

Today, you were doing the last one. You were studying together. It had been dark outside for a while, and it was now probably 10 or 11PM. You and Gwen were in your room, where you guys had been for the past few hours, studying for the upcoming final. The only things lighting up your room were a small desk lamp, a candle which was nearly finished, and weak string lights. You could tell by the fact that she kept shaking her leg and sketching on her paper and occasionally looking out the window that she was getting bored and tired.
