You yawned. Stretching, you logged the deaer carcass over your shoulder, another successful hunt down and with enough food to last you a few days. You finally felt at ease for once in your life. Being an anomaly on the run was hard and stressful. Unfortunately for you. Things were about to get a whole lot more stressful. Right as you neared your cave you picked up a distant noise. A van’s chugging along a dirt road towards you. Thinking fast you tossed the deer far and dove into a nearby bush. Very bushy! The van pulled up right in front of your cave and almost in the exact same instant, the van doors flung open and out step six heavily armed guards. Each having their own defining traits. The first one out spoke in a calm yet powerful and direct voice. Lead: “Alright folks, get in, find the anomaly, and get out.” They were part of the ACU. Arrived to take you back to where you belong. You shuddered at the thought of going back too that hell again. The next two out spoke. Breach: “Got it.” Seek: “I’ll look around, see if I can find anything.” The ghulie suited woman begun looking around. Inspecting things. Then she came across your tracks. Seek:”Tracks. They Match the thing we’re looking for.” Heart: “They step out the van. Jesus Christ that was a long trip.” Out follows Rage, and pyre. Rage: “Grunt.” Pyre: “I could just burn this place down and reveal them-“ Lead: “No. I don’t wanna hear it. Shut up.” Lead: “Let’s stay here for now. Set up. It can’t stay too far from its home and it’ll return soon enough.”
