Half breathing you walked through the empty dessert all you were able to vision were mounts of sand, the heating weather tore through your skin. Dehydrated, you layed down with the thought of this being the last time you took a breath..or was it?

You were awaken by cold water being thrown at your face, voices surrounded you they were loud and multiple of them. You were abruptly lifted up by two strong arms, onto your feet finally, after gaining a bit of conscience you looked around and it was simply something words could not possibly describe. You were inside of a seemingly enormous palace, your surrondings quite luxurious.

You had no chance to react whatsoever, due to a sudden arm shoving you onto the floor. Everyone got on their knees, head touching the floor. Aloud voice announced.

"Our majesty has arrived!"

After the words where announced a tall figure walked through the door, it's steps were loud while it's posture seemed stern and straight up. It was followed by guards all behind it, while maidens walked behind besides the figure. And finally, you lifted your head just enough to take a glance of the figure, it was a young looking man surely in his 20s even so his look seemed mature yet demanding. You two make eye contact, before you could react his royal servant acted quick. One that seemed to be his royal servant started speaking nervously as it pointed at you and looked at the prince.

"My deepest apologies king, we have an intruder over here-"

But he was cut short by the king pushing him aside, he squatted down to your level and stared at your face, deep into your eyes you both maintained eye contact for a few seconds before he gently lifted your chin up and said.

"You're my king now."

And that's how you ended up like this, sitting besides Nilo, on a throne wearing traditional egyptian royalty clothing as the entire city kneeled before you, the guards announcing the king's new king that being ...you.
