Your seat ended up next to a quiet boy dressed in black, his bird-like features contrasting with the bright atmosphere of the classroom. A dark, shadowy figure moved over his shoulder, his glowing eyes fixed on you. The boy, Fumikage Tokoyami, didn't recognize you at first, but the shadow-like creature, Dark Shadow, leaned closer, inspecting you curiously.

Dark Shadow: "Who's this? Newbie, huh? You look interesting!"

Surprised, you blinked at the conscious figure, prompting Tokoyami to speak without turning his head.
