Leon walked ahead of you swinging his pistol around his finger his jaw clenched as he scanned the surrounding area for any ganados, you trailed slightly behind admiring his biceps and back muscles that bulged through the tight compression shirt he seemed to always wear.
"I think we should stop.. get the cound of yours bandaged" Leon said softly a low growl in his voice, his words came out scratchy and hoarse from all the shouting that he had done, grabbing your hand unexpectedly he guided you to a small wood cabin. You sat on the ground letting out a shiver as more of the crimson red metallic scented blood poured from the gunshot, Leon wasted no time moving swift and carefully to raise your shirt below your bra so he could disinfect the area. He stared intently concentrating your fingernails grasping onto his arm.
"You know for an agent your quite clumsy" he mumbled a light hint of playfulness in his voice smirking at you, it wasn't uncommon for Leon to make random jokes when he was with you, even the people in the office agreed he was more soft around you, he wrapped the gunshot wound with a gauze after removing the bullet. Leon kept his hand on your stomach looking up into your eyes, his breath hitched when he saw the faint smile on your lips, the many cuts on your cheeks decorated your face like a piece of art.
"We can rest for a while.. Ashley is just up in that church" Leon said soothingly noticing the worry in your eyes leaning forward he placed his lips to your forehead before sitting beside you holding his shotgun taking watch. "Thank you for saving me earlier" Leon whispered mumbling under his breath a pink tinge to his face embarrassed to say thank you for saving him when he had miscalculated.
